TriMetrix HD

TriMetrix HD brings together the four sciences of Behaviors, Motivators, Acumen, and Competencies to create a bias-free, integrated assessment. This assessment paints a complete picture of a position or a person, giving you the ability to compare an individual to the unique requirements of any job. TriMetrix HD comes in different versions including:

TriMetrix EQ

TriMetrix EQ combines Behaviors, Motivators, and Emotional Intelligence in an integrated report. This assessment measures your ability to sense, understand and apply emotions to foster higher levels of collaboration and productivity. TriMetrix EQ report version options include:

Talent Insights

Talent Insights analyzes how the Behaviors that individuals bring to the job, and the Motivators that drive them, blend together. You can also generate a Job Benchmark using just the two sciences of Behaviors and Motivators. Talent Insights report version options include:

Behaviors/DISC

Behavioral Style, also called DISC, evaluates an individual’s dominance, influence, steadiness and compliance to provide a better understanding of how he or she responds to different elements of the job such as problems and challenges, rules and procedures, and the pace of the working environment. The different types of assessment available in this category include:

Motivators

Motivators examines six different categories of values: theoretical, utilitarian, aesthetic, social, individualistic, and traditional. The assessment reveals what drives an individual and thus aids managers in facilitating a satisfying and rewarding environment. Our newer, more detailed version is called Driving Forces. These tools take the original six motivators and focuses in on both the high and low sides, thus, offering 12 distinct driving forces within us and moving us into action. Motivators comes in numerous versions including:

Sales Skills Index

Sales Skills Index uncovers the strengths and weaknesses of an individual’s sales strategy by comparing the individual’s approach to seven distinct steps in the sales process with that of proven top sales professionals. The Sales Skills Index measures: Prospecting, First Impression, Qualifying, Demonstration, Influencing, and Closing.

Emotional Quotient

Emotional Quotient, EQ, assesses five different areas of both interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence and produces a report that reveals an individual’s level of emotional intelligence. This understanding of their emotional intelligence then enables individuals to avoid making high-risk decisions. The EQ report measures:

  1. Self Awareness – your ability to understand and be aware of your own emotional temperature.
  2. Self Regulation – your ability to change your own emotional temperature.
  3. Motivation – your ability to drive forward without outside influence, carrots or sticks!
  4. Empathy – your ability to be aware of and understand others’ emotional temperatures.
  5. Social Skills – your ability to help alter others’ emotional temperatures…to talk them off the ledge!
